What You’ll Do
- Be our internal UX expert and evangelist; keep us honest
- Collaborate with marketing and product management to understand our users and customers and their needs
- Conduct your own research and leverage the tones of data we have
- Work closely with product managers, visual designers and developers to deliver an amazing user experience across our platform
- Be the keeper of our pattern library
Who You Are
- Successfully worked at a startup, i.e. comfortable with complex and unstructured problems, high degree of autonomy in a fast paced environment, getting shit done, being self motivated and organised
- Solid portfolio demonstrating strong UX/UI
- Proven success designing across devices (responsive) and building pattern libraries
- Experience in conducting usability testing and user research
- Did we mention information architecture?
- Bonus: Frontend prototyping skills
- Data-informed, ie. comfortable with using data to guide product decisions, experienced in defining needed tracking, experience with Google Analytics, Mixpanel or similar products, comfortable defining and running experiments
- Experience with agile product development methodologies (lean, iterative, collaborative, hands on, fast)
